How Requests Are Reviewed

Refunds are evaluated based on both timing and engagement.

We consider:

• how much content was opened
• how far you progressed
• time spent within lessons
• interaction with course materials

When Refunds Are Limited

Refunds may not be approved if:

• a large portion of the program has already been accessed
• the request is submitted after the 5-day period
• expectations differ from clearly described content

If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
